General Conditions of Sales

General conditions of sales

The User acknowledges he has the right to contract under the conditions described, i.e. be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of contracting and not under guardianship. The User guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of information provided by it on the site.

1 – Scope and definition

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions made via this website: users of the website must, before any purchase, have read and accepted them. Any reservation on this website implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The term “user” refers to any Internet user who navigates on this website; the user who buys and pays for a service becomes a “customer”.

A service corresponds to a tour on a given day and at a given time. The offer “Disneyland Paris Express” combines a Magic Ways transfer and an entrance to the Disneyland Park(s)®. The offer “Paris Essentials” combines a Magic Ways transfer and a guided tour of Paris operated by Big Bus.

2 – Purchase method

The prices featured on this website are given in Euros and are inclusive of taxes.

The user must first choose the service he/she would like to purchase: the total price (depending on the total number and type of passengers) is displayed for the various tours available for purchase.

After acceptance of these terms and conditions, the user pays by bank card using the secure payment system made available on the website.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to the address given by the user, along with a corresponding exchange voucher: the customer must print the voucher, as he/she will be responsible for presenting it to Magic Ways or any other service provider in order to benefit from the purchased services.

If there is no confirmation email containing the voucher, the payment has not been taken into account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has a voucher. He/she can print the voucher by going to or contact the call centre at 0826 285 500 (0,15ct€/min).

No other document (bank statement, etc.) will be accepted as proof of purchase. The voucher summarises the main elements of the order: name and address of the customer, date and time of the tour, number and type of passengers, price paid.

3 – Payment

The available methods of payment are the main payment cards (credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Blue eCard, etc.). The failure of the user to respect payment terms will be considered a cancellation request by the user.

In cases where payment would prove to be irregular, incomplete or non-existent, for any reason whatsoever, the sale of services reserved will be cancelled, the resulting costs being borne by the User.

4 – Access on board

Access on board the Magic Ways shuttles is only permitted upon presentation of an exchange voucher sent via this website: some form of identification may be requested to check that the person in possession of the voucher is indeed the purchaser, or as proof of eligibility for any reduction.

No child under 12 years of age will be allowed on board without being accompanied by an adult, even if he/she is in possession of a valid ticket. The exchange vouchers will be kept by the Magic Ways operator after the service has been provided.

5 – Cancellation/cancellation fees

Tickets cannot be exchanged or reimbursed. Magic Ways decline any liability in the event of the loss or theft of exchange vouchers. Similarly, any interruption or curtailment of the tour in progress upon the customer’s request shall not give rise to any reimbursement whatsoever.

Magic Ways draw customers’ attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in the proposed ticket prices. If, for reasons outside its control, and particularly for safety reasons, Maic Ways are required to modify or remove one or several tours, the company will transfer the customer’s initial reservation to another tour, in agreement with the customer. If this is not possible, Magic Ways will reimburse the total cost of the service: no additional damages may be claimed by the customer.

Right of withdraw

The rules of the Remote Selling (Consumer Code) specifically provide for a withdraw period of 7 days for exchange or refund. The new Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code stipulates that most of these provisions do not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodations, transport, catering, entertainment, etc.

Pursuant to Article L. 121-18-4 of the Consumer Code, the User who booked and/or ordered (by phone or via Internet) a service from Magic Ways has no such right of withdraw.

6 – Liabilities

Neither Magic Ways nor its partners shall be held liable for objects or personal effects left on board the vehicles: each passenger must check before getting off the bus that he/she has not left anything on board after the tour.

The customer is responsible for the information that he/she gives when purchasing services on the website: in the event of an error, he/she should contact Magic Ways in order to rectify the error. Magic Ways reserve the right to cancel or modify some tours in the event that the safety of passengers is compromised, or in the event of a strike or demonstration.

MAgic Ways cannot be held liable for uncontrollable events such as strikes, inclement weather conditions, natural disasters and breakdowns in communication systems for which third parties are responsible. Nor can Magic Ways be held liable for events e.g., late arrival or no-shows for which clients themselves are responsible. Therefore, the customer will bear all financial liability in circumstances over which Magic Ways has no control.

7 – Claims

Only claims concerning the contractual elements of your booking will be studied. Such claims must be reported on the spot and justified as soon as possible, in writing, by the customer to the supplier concerned.

Any claims must be made by registered mail and accompanied by original receipts, within one month after the date of services delivered to the following address:

Magic Ways

25, rue Godot de Mauroy

75009 Paris

8 – Safety

Passengers are expected to familiarise themselves with the on-board safety rules: they must fasten their seat belt, ensure that children do the same and refrain from leaning out of the bus, stretching their arms or throwing anything over the guardrails (during the open-top, double deck tour).

If passengers have any doubts or additional questions, they should ask the Magic Ways staff or drivers.

9 – Applicable law

The applicable law for transactions made via the Magic Ways website is French law.
Any dispute which may arise from a transaction made on this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Paris.
